Abstract

The current geopolitical situation in the world, the socio-cultural situation in Ukraine have significantly influenced practical philosophy and philology. In a difficult cognitive and value situation caused by the Russian invasion, the ban on all Russian things, the ambiguous situation in the field of academic integrity, compliance with the requirements for the originality of the author’s approaches (scientific and educational) is an urgent issue. For Ukraine, it has a dual nature. On the one hand, it is about preserving Ukrainianness in general, and on the other hand, about Ukraine’s contribution to world culture and science. The platform for solving these problems, among others, is the University and students. This social institution and the people who are the basis of science and education have a great mission — to preserve and develop a large-scale potential that is the mainstay of the further development of the country and its people. Plagiarism, along with other organizational and semantic modern problems in science, in academic education, in postgraduate training must be overcome on the basis of active creative search and the latest scientific and educational solutions. Modern requirements for the novelty of scientific research and educational methods are based on high patriotism and the feeling and understanding of scientists, educators, on the one hand, and young students, on the other hand, social responsibility. Academic integrity today should be a model of conscious citizenship, the realm of prudent and patriotic attitude to domestic science and education. The author’s view is an expression of modern approaches to the development of these problems in the philosophical and philological context.
