Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The materials meet all the requirements for submission.
  • The submitted materials have not been published before and are not being reviewed in another journal.
  • The file with the submitted materials is a document in Microsoft Word format.
  • Authors must comply with the requirements of academic integrity set forth in the Laws of Ukraine "On Education", "On Higher Education", "On Copyright and Related Rights" and other related legal documents.
  • Confirm that the manuscript has been created by the author(s) and not an AI tool/Large Language Model (LLM). If an AI tool/LLM has been used to develop or generate any portion of the manuscript, then this must be clearly flagged in the Methods and Acknowledgements.

Author Guidelines

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION OF ARTICLES

Technical requirements for articles:
Page format - A4, book.
Font - Times New Roman, size 14 pt.
Line spacing - 1.5.
Paragraph indentation - 10 mm.
Margins: left, top, bottom - 20 mm, right - 10 mm.
Volume: the volume of the article together with annotations, appendices and bibliography 20-40 thousand characters, including spaces and punctuation marks (0.5-1.0 AA); volume of scientific report 12-20 thousand characters; the volume of the review of the book is 5-10 thousand characters.

Use of signs and symbols:
- dash (-);
- apostrophe ();
- paws («»);
- markers ();
- numbering (1.);
- for non-breaking spaces between initials (Ctrl + Shift + space).

Structural elements of the article:
1) UDC index;
2) information about the author in Ukrainian;
    - surname and name of the author (authors);
    - bold ORCID iD (personal code, which can be obtained in the absence by filling out the form at the link: https://orcid.org/register);
    - scientific degree, academic title, full place of work: position, department (department, laboratory), faculty (institute), institution of higher education (scientific institution);
    - author's email;
3) information about the author in English;
    - surname and name of the author (authors);
    - scientific degree, academic title, full place of work: position, department (department, laboratory), faculty (institute), institution of higher education (scientific institution);
4) title of the article (to 12 words) in Ukrainian and English, capital letters, bold, centered;
5) abstract in Ukrainian (1800-2000 characters) should contain information about the relevance of the research problem, analysis of recent research and publications, purpose, objectives, methods, research results and conclusions without structuring these parameters;
6) keywords in Ukrainian (5-7, separated by semicolons), italics;
7) ABSTRACT in English (1800-2000 characters) hould contain information about the relevance of the research problem, analysis of recent research and publications, purpose, objectives, methods, research results and conclusions without structuring these parameters (for articles in Ukrainian abstract with keywords in English, for articles in English abstract with keywords in Ukrainian);
8) keywords in English (5-7, separated by semicolons), italics;
9) © author's surname and name, year;
10) the text of the article, which must meet international standards and contain the following mandatory components:
- introduction (relevance, formulation of research problem, analysis of recent research and publications);
- purpose and objectives of the study;
- research methodology (indicate which methods and how exactly were used in the study);
- results and discussion of the study (the main material is provided, which may be accompanied by tables, charts, graphs, figures to illustrate the results). Infographics do not need to be duplicated by text;
- conclusions and prospects for further research (summaries of key points of the study in accordance with the purpose and objectives, outlines the prospects for further research in the chosen direction). The volume of conclusions is about 2000 characters;
- literature in Ukrainian (DSTU 8302: 2015);
- References in English (APA style);
- tables and other non-text objects are numbered, placed in the middle of the text. Drawings must be signed, captions centered, and submitted below the drawings (eg Figure 1. Title). The number and name of the table are given above it in bold, right-aligned (eg, Table 1);
11) sent to the editors: indicate the date of sending the article.

The names and email addresses given by users of this journal's site will be used solely to perform the internal technical tasks of this journal; they will not be distributed or transmitted to outsiders.
