ЕТИЧНІ ПРИНЦИПИ ЖУРНАЛІСТИКИ В ОПРИЛЮДНЕННІ МАТЕРІАЛІВ ПРО ЖЕРТВ ВІЙНИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена вивченню етичних принципів журналістики в оприлюдненні матеріалів про жертв війни. Етичні принципи журналістики завжди були на часі, проте з початком війни у 2014 році та повномасштабним вторгненням російської федерації на територію України у лютому 2022 року це питання набуло ще більшої актуальності та додало нового змісту. У цьому контексті виникає велике протиріччя в роботі сучасних медіа з матеріалами, які пов’язані з використанням фотоматеріалів та зображень територій, де ведуться активні бойові дії та осіб, які стали жертвами війни. Журналісти прагнуть висвітлити інформацію про хід війни, але така інформація часто може заподіяти шкоду військовим і цивільним.
Метою дослідження є конкретизація етичних принципів журналістики в оприлюдненні матеріалів про жертв війни. З-поміж завдань дослідження виокремлено такі: вивчення сучасного стану вивчення проблеми етичних принципів журналістики в оприлюдненні матеріалів про жертв війни; конкретизацію рекомендацій із застосування етичних принципів журналістики в оприлюдненні матеріалів про жертв війни; аналіз кейсів з оприлюднення журналістських матеріалів про жертв війни на відповідність їх сучасним етичним принципам та рекомендаціям Комісії з журналістської етики.
У визначенні принципів журналістики в оприлюдненні матеріалів про жертв війни використано реко- мендації Комісії із журналістської етики, які мають стати основою для роботи журналіста в межах дії правового режиму воєнного стану. Ці принципи ураховують практику окремих українських медіа, позиції редакційних кодексів відомих світових медіа, а також настанови міжнародних журналістських та експертних організацій. На основі рекомендацій проаналізовано кейси публікацій сучасних медіа на відповідність етичним принципам.
